Job summary

Community First Bank seeks a Head of First Party Lending to drive growth across Mobile Lending, Contact Centre Lending and Retention while upholding responsible lending and strong customer outcomes. You’ll report to the Chief Customer Officer and work with Sales Enablement, Product, Risk and Operations to simplify lending pathways.

The role focuses on leading teams, improving approval quality, and maintaining service excellence across direct channels for our member-owned bank.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in retail banking, mortgage or consumer lending.

Responsibilities

• Lead the first party lending strategy across Mobile Lending, Contact Centre Lending and Retention.
• Set performance and service standards for all direct lending channels.
• Coach and lead department leaders to deliver growth, service quality and compliance.
• Ensure responsible lending, policy adherence and privacy obligations.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations to improve turnaround and retention.
