Job summary

Corm seeks an accomplished Head of Cyber Security Operations to lead end-to-end threat and vulnerability management, incident detection and response, and governance of core security platforms. Build a 3–5 year uplift roadmap aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and protective security standards while advancing automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Operational cyber leader with experience strengthening SecOps in regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering cyber uplift programs from business case to BAU.
• Hands-on SecOps leadership including SOC uplift and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Operations function including detection, response, SIEM oversight and vulnerability management.
• Deliver the Cyber Security Uplift Program from scoping to BAU transition.
• Embed NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and protective security requirements into operations.
• Oversee major cyber incidents: readiness, escalation and reporting.
• Drive automation, analytics and continuous improvement across ops.
