Job summary

Brightly Early Learning Pty Ltd. Riverstone NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and inspire a team in a purpose-built early learning centre.

You will work with a supportive management team to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families, while driving compliance, growth, and positive culture across the centre.

Qualifications

• Experience as Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor.
• Knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and Regulations.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of educators and staff.
• Build strong relationships with families and the community.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive the centre's quality improvement plan (QIP).
• Manage rosters, enrolments, administration and performance.
• Promote a positive, professional workplace culture.

About the role

As Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the centre, while supporting and developing your team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a beautifully designed early learning centre, working closely with a supportive management team to build a positive culture and deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Oversee compliance with the NQF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
• Lead the centre's QIP and continuous improvement
• Manage staffing, rosters, enrolments, administration, and performance
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional workplace culture
• Support the centre's growth, occupancy, and reputation
• Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, learning, and development remain at the heart of everything we do

About you

• Experienced as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor
• Qualified with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Highly knowledgeable in the NQF, NQS, EYLF, National Law and Regulations
• A confident and supportive leader who knows how to bring out the best in educators
• Strong in compliance, organisation, communication, and relationship building
• Confident managing challenging conversations and performance matters
• Passionate about child safety and high-quality early learning
• Hands-on, organised, approachable, and committed to making a difference
