• Proven experience leading FDD or Transaction Services engagements in a Big 4 environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills aligned with our culture.
• Coaching style with experience developing junior team members and creating a trusted env.
• Confidence engaging directly with private equity, corporate clients and advisers.
• Genuine interest in contributing to the success of the Transaction Advisory team.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact FDD engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, practical insights.
• Work with target management, private equity, corporates and advisers to test assumptions.
• Prepare deal-focused reports and presentations with key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on complex engagements and manage transaction risk.
