Job summary

Australian Competition & Consumer Commission in Sydney CBD NSW seeks a Director, EL2, Data, Digital and Technology to lead IT strategy and architecture across Microsoft cloud and on-premises environments. You will mentor a skilled team and shape current-state, transition-state, and target-state solutions.

This role requires extensive leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven delivery of large-scale technology changes in a regulated government context.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technology leadership with 5+ years building enterprise solutions in cloud/on-premise environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience delivering major organisational change in regulated or government settings.
• Experience with cloud solutions, especially Azure, and on-premises integration.
• Relevant industry certifications and APS ILS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to develop and sustain ACCC’s architecture and infrastructure.
• Define current, transition, and target state architectures for projects.
• Provide technical leadership across end-to-end designs and technologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure architectural compliance and alignment with strategy.
