This includes onboarding the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) across state-wide major hospitals and enhancements to the ieMR; implementing the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) and the delivery of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IMP) which is uplifting digital hospital ICT infrastructure.**Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:*** Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.* Oversee and manage the definition, documentation and successful completion of large scale, complex program/project(s) in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.* Promote and ensure the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.* Oversee and manage the monitoring and reporting of project related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.* Manage project resources, expenses and capital costs against the project forecasts.* Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.* Manage capability and resource development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s).* Proven experience working as a consultant or the ability to acquire consultancy skills in a short period of time.*For a full list of your key responsibilities of the role, please see the role description attached to this advertisement.***Is this opportunity for you?**To be successful in this role you will show experience in building relationships to help support effective business for change as well as with key stakeholders to influence decision making within the project.You will show extensive experience and application of, appropriate project management methodologies as well as promoting and giving advice around the use of appropriate project management, techniques and methodologies.The following experience will be highly regarded:* Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience working within an clinical imaging environment, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex digital system implementations in a clinical healthcare setting.**About eHealth Queensland:**eHealth Queensland is one of the largest Information Communication Technology operations in the state.
