AHCSA invites applications for the role of Manager, Clinical Education & Student Experience. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for AHCSA's education delivery and learner experience, ensuring high-quality, culturally safe vocational education that supports learner success and strengthens the Aboriginal health workforce.

The position oversees education and learner support, driving governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in vocational education or higher education.
• Experience leading education delivery within a regulated environment.
• Experience implementing governance, policy and quality improvement in education.
• Community-controlled health sector experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe vocational education and training across the RTO.
• Lead development and implementation of innovative learning, assessment and student support practices.
• Ensure compliance with ASQA, AHPRA and VET standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and stakeholder feedback.
• Strengthen workforce pathways by building partnerships with employers and industry.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of educators and student support staff.
