ConnectYou, a specialist advisory firm focused on the energy transition, seeks a Director to lead capital advisory work in Melbourne. You will win and lead transactions, capital raises and investment guidance across energy, resources and infrastructure.

Senior deal practitioner with 12+ years in corporate finance, able to own mandates and lead teams in a lean, senior-led firm environment.

Formación

• 12+ years in corporate finance or related field.
• Proven record of leading closes or capital raises.
• Background from Big Four or similar advisory or corporate development.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and deal structuring skills.
• Network across investors and financiers in energy transition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buy side and sell side M&A mandates from origination to close.
• Structure debt and equity capital for projects and run market outreach.
• Lead commercial due diligence and investment advice for boards.
• Oversee business cases and capital allocation for major projects.
• Advise on separations, integrations and synergies post-deal.
• Win new work and build long term relationships with C-suite, investors and government stakeholders.
• Grow Melbourne capital advisory practice and mentor teams.
• Take ownership of client deliverables for boards and investment committees.
