Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting for ANZ to lead and develop a high-performing team, aligning with Sales and cross-functional partners to drive revenue and customer value in AI-powered experience orchestration.

You will guide strategic and technical direction, shaping go-to-market plans and translating emerging AI capabilities into impactful customer outcomes across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales or leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of AI, CCaaS, CX and Digital domains.
• Experience scaling SaaS/CX/AI or Enterprise Software in the region.
• Strong communication and data-driven storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and recruit a high-performing Solutions Consulting team.
• Define go-to-market strategies with Sales and regional leadership.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle for customer outcomes.
• Build AI capability and translate emerging tech into business use cases.
• Design tailored, data-driven solutions addressing client priorities.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, partners and the ecosystem.
• Drive revenue growth and report on team performance to executives.
• Engage in large deals at an executive level and ensure long-term success.
• Stay ahead of market trends and ensure domain expertise within the team.
