Job summary

Qualifications

• You must be a commercially minded AI leader with a track record of turning ideas into real-world solutions.
• Experience defining next-generation AI-enabled products, services and business processes for enterprises.
• Strong understanding of business processes and process optimisation across advisory, sales, retention and finance.
• Strategic leadership with hands-on execution and broad ICT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimise state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet objectives and user needs.
• Provide stakeholder communication ensuring projects are delivered on time with measurable ROI.
• Manage priorities and reassess as necessary.
• Lead a team across Service Desk, Infrastructure and Cyber Security to drive results.
• Ensure best-practice delivery methodology, tooling and education.
• Understand key business processes to accelerate workflows and objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve processes using AI and other tech.
• Continuously improve infrastructure and cyber security measures; manage costs and ways of working.
• Foster a high performance culture and communicate value of technology to the business.
• Partner with Salesforce, Telephony, Data and Web Development teams to support operations.
• Ensure vendor and partner accountability.
