Responsibilities

• Act as in-market lead for a portfolio of long tail accounts (issuers and acquirers).
• Manage and grow existing and new customer accounts to hit sales and net revenue targets.
• Analyze customers' business and support through profitability modeling, forecasting and competitive analysis.
• Create account plans and deliver quarterly business reviews with BD focus.
• Leverage Mastercard capabilities to design strategies and pitch proposals to expand business.
• Own day-to-day management of customer accounts and resolve operational issues with support.
• Conceive and drive strategic projects to grow Mastercard share in the long tail segment.
• Prepare presentations and reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.
• Support regional lead and team strategic initiatives as required.
