Job summary

SBS Australia is seeking a Head of Managed Services based in Sydney, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver SBS’s on-air and online services with 24/7 resilience. Reporting to the CTO, the role owns the strategy, performance, and service levels of major managed-service partners, ensuring continuity of playout, transmission and distribution.
