Job summary

Quantum Navigators is seeking a Direct Services Manager to lead and develop direct support services across our growing NDIS operations in Queensland. You will work closely with the Director to oversee direct support operations, build the workforce and expand offerings, including future High Intensity Supports and SIL services.

The role emphasizes leadership of frontline teams, workforce planning, and maintaining high standards of person-centred care while strengthening referral relationships

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in disability/health/community services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Expertise in person-centred support, participant risk and safeguarding.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators and Code of Conduct.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and development of direct support services.
• Ensure participants receive safe, reliable and person-centred supports.
• Build and maintain relationships with participants, families and coordinators.
• Develop referral pathways and opportunities to grow direct services.
• Lead and support the Disability Support Worker Team and workforce.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, mentoring and performance management.
• Oversee workforce planning and rostering for continuity of care.
• Respond to participant and operational issues with appropriate follow-up.
• Drive improvements across systems, processes and service delivery.
• Support compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
