Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior marketing experience in retail financial services, fintech or digitally enabled consumer business.
• Proven track record of leading customer acquisition and FUM/revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the retail investor mindset and Australian market.
• Strong command of paid, owned, earned and partnerships in acquisition.
• Highly commercial with ability to own targets and present performance to leadership.
• Proven people leadership and talent development.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments (ASIC/APRA familiarity advantageous).
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytics skills.
• Practical experience with AI tools in marketing/growth contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for Betashares Direct and Betashares Super.
• Set and deliver acquisition targets: customer numbers, FUM, CAC and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities across the full funnel from consideration to activation and lifetime value.
• Design and scale growth channels across paid, owned, earned and partnerships.
• Optimize funnel performance and CAC across channels.
• Lead collaboration with product, content, and media teams to execute propositions.
