BaptistCare in Tasmania is seeking a Direct Care Coordinator on a 12-month contract (part time) to lead rostering for frontline staff. The role is based in Tasmania with a hybrid setup, combining office days with work-from-home options.
You will coordinate shifts, liaise with care teams and external providers, and ensure service delivery aligns with customer needs and workforce skills.
