Job summary

Play & Learn Helensvale is seeking permanent part-time Educators to join our growing team. We are looking for warm, calm, caring and patient educators who take pride in their practice, notice the little things, share ideas and enjoy supporting their team.

Our center offers a nurturing environment with collaborative team experiences. Staff enjoy rotating rosters from 6:15 am to 6:15 pm, with opportunities for development and personal projects with children.

• Above‑ratio staffing allowing more time to offer comfort and build relationships
• 15% Worker Retention Payment for eligible employees
• Four or five day working week opportunities with consistent weekly days and hours
• Rotating roster with operating hours 6:15 am–6:15 pm, including at least one opening and one closing shift each week
• Support for relevant training and development with cover provided during working hours
• Opportunities to pursue personal passion projects with children
