Job summary

King St Operations pty ltd in Toowoomba region is seeking a Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at Kingaroy, delivering quality early learning and care. Newly renovated centre with strong focus on children's rights and home-like environment.

You will work with a supportive management team, plan and reflect on learning programs, and build genuine relationships with children, families and staff. Remuneration and hours discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment.
• Form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, MTOP & NQS/NQF.
• Previous experience in an early childhood setting.
• Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program.
• Ability to document children’s individual learning.
• Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement.
• ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent - studying considered.
• Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for.
• ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain
• Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
• Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
• Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
