Only About Children (OAC) invites applications for Diploma Educators across Melbourne CBD campuses. We seek Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators with a minimum of two years’ full-time experience to join our high-quality education and care teams.

The role offers an annual salary of AU$68,865 to AU$80,000 plus super, depending on qualifications and experience. You’ll collaborate with room leaders and campus teams to support children’s development in a play-based, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Minimum two years full-time relevant experience.
• Current Working with Children Check, Employee.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Creative, cooperative team approach.

• Support safe, high-quality education and care through active supervision and responsive interactions.
• Implement play-based learning experiences aligned to OAC Grow, EYLF and the NQF.
• Build warm, respectful partnerships with children, families and educators.
• Support daily routines, small group learning, transitions, mealtimes and room responsibilities.
• Document children's learning through OAC Connect and contribute to planning and QIP requirements.
• Create thoughtful learning environments that reflect children's interests, strengths and development.
• Maintain a strong everyday commitment to child safety, wellbeing, compliance and inclusive practice.

About the role

Our Melbourne campuses are looking to welcome full-time Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting.

This is a full-time opportunity with an annual salary of $68,865 to $80,000 + Super, depending on qualifications and experience.

As a Diploma Educator, you will support high-quality education and care by creating safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments. You will work closely with Room Leaders, Educational Leaders and campus teams to support children's development, routines and relationships.
