Job summary

Only About Children in Melbourne is seeking Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our full-time team across multiple Melbourne campuses. You will support high-quality early years education and care for children aged 0 to 6, working with Room Leaders and campus teams.

The role requires at least two years of full-time experience, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and a Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised RTO.
• Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and development.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, high-quality education and care through supervision and responsive interactions.
• Implement play-based learning experiences aligned to OAC Grow, EYLF and the NQF.
• Build warm partnerships with children, families and educators.
• Support daily routines, small group learning, transitions and mealtimes.
• Document children’s learning and contribute to planning and QIP requirements.
• Create learning environments reflecting children’s interests and development.

About The Role

Our Melbourne campuses are looking to welcome full-time Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting.

This is a full-time opportunity with an annual salary of $68,865 to $80,000 + Super, depending on qualifications and experience.

As a Diploma Educator, you will support high-quality education and care by creating safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments. You will work closely with Room Leaders, Educational Leaders and campus teams to support children's development, routines and relationships.
