At Only About Children, our purpose is to give every child the space, support and confidence to grow, learn and discover.
We believe children have a right to choice in their learning, which is why our curriculum is grounded in child-led, play-based learning. Through OAC Grow, and embedded experiences across areas such as Active, Drama, Language, Music and Sustainability, children are supported to explore their interests, build confidence and develop skills for life.
Our Melbourne campuses are looking to welcome full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead high-quality teaching and learning, guide curriculum implementation and support children's development through meaningful, play-based experiences.

At OAC, You're The Difference.
That means your teaching has a lasting impact. The way you plan, question, observe and guide helps children build confidence, curiosity and readiness for their next step.
At OAC, child safety comes first. We have zero tolerance for child abuse and harm, and every team member is responsible for creating safe, nurturing and inclusive environments where children have a voice, feel safe, and are valued and respected.
Successful candidates will be required to complete all required working with children, background and compliance checks.
