New team members who join our Bluebird Early Education Sinnamon Park centre between now and 31st October 2026 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to $1,500, paid in two instalments - the first after your initial 12 weeks, and the second at the 6-month mark. The exact amount depends on your qualification (Certificate III, Diploma, Early Childhood Teacher, or Assistant Centre Manager). T&Cs apply.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
