Job summary

Bluebird Early Education Berwick invites passionate Educators to join our vibrant, community-focused service in the Alira Estate. We offer six age-staged studios, modern facilities, and nutritious meals prepared in-house for children.

Permanent part-time positions (up to 37.5 hours/week) for Diploma & Certificate III qualified educators. Generous benefits include childcare fee discounts and ongoing training, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care.
• Current Working with Children Check.

• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.

Join Bluebird Early Education Berwick, a vibrant, community-focused 100-place Service in the new Alira Estate. Our purpose-built centre features inspiring spaces including dedicated art, music, and mindfulness areas that foster creativity and calm.

Our rooftop gardens provide unique opportunities for children to explore and learn among bush tucker, herbs, vegetables, and citrus trees, connecting them with nature. With six well-designed Studios tailored to each age group—including spacious cot rooms with comfortable breastfeeding chairs—every child receives high-quality, age-appropriate educational experiences.

Led by our amazing in-house chef, our interactive kitchen works closely with families and Nutrition Australia to provide balanced, nutritious meals. A window connects the kitchen to the outdoor decking area, allowing children and educators to engage with meal preparation. And did we mention we offer cooking classes for the children?
