Job summary

Bluebird Early Education is seeking passionate Educators to join the team at Bluebird Botanic Ridge. We offer permanent part-time roles up to 37.5 hours per week, with an emphasis on child-led, holistic learning and a warm, collaborative team environment.

Our centres provide meaningful daily rituals, engaging activities, and strong support for professional development. As an Educator, you will contribute to high-quality early education and care, uphold safety practices, and help foster curiosity

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Education & Care is required.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates (or willingness to obtain).

We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird team, with permanent part-time positions available for both Diploma & Certificate III qualified. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
