Job summary

Kinder Kare Early Childhood Learning Centre in Macquarie Fields NSW is seeking an experienced assistant educator to join our dedicated team. You will work alongside qualified staff to support high‑quality learning experiences for children aged 0–12 years and help uphold our safety and wellbeing commitments.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, at least one year of early childhood experience, and current working with children checks.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services.
• At least one year of experience in early education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong EYLF understanding.
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of children in all decisions and actions.

Kinder Kare is a family owned, purpose-built, modern long day care service that caters for 71 children from 0-12 years of age between 6:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an experienced assistant educator to work alongside our highly qualified and passionate team and supportive management.

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (ELYF)
