Canterbury College's Early Learning Centre now seeks a Diploma Educator for a casual contract in Brisbane. You will assist teaching staff, support student learning and maintain an organised classroom environment.

Key qualifications include Blue Card, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, plus Gecko Child Safety Training. Onsite parking and growth opportunities are provided within the College community.

Diploma Educator - Early Learning Centre (Casual Contract)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Educator for our Early Learning Centre in Early Childhood for a casual contract.

The Early Childhood Educator provides practical support to teaching staff by assisting with student learning, completing routine administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-presented learning environment. This includes organising resources and ensuring materials and equipment are appropriately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

The Early Childhood Educator works closely with the other Educators and the Early Childhood Teachers and reports to the Director of Early Learning for all day to day duties and responsibilities. Early Childhood Educators are responsible and accountable for their own work which is performed within established guidelines using some discretion and is subject only to general supervision.
