Job summary

Orange City Council is recruiting for a role in its Courallie Park preschool services. The position focuses on delivering high-quality care and education for children, with a commitment to safety and wellbeing and alignment to the National Quality Framework.

You will work within a supportive team environment to provide constructive play experiences and tailored attention to every child. The successful applicant will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), have a

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Equivalent.
• Working with Children Check clearance.
• National Child Safety Training from Geccko (Get early childhood compliance knowledge online).
• Current First Aid Certificate - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
• Demonstrated experience working in accordance with the National Quality Framework in providing an education and care service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, being able to work to deadlines and set priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute as part of a team.
