• Develop, plan and implement a quality Care and Education program and environment.
• Support by the Educational Leader.
• Guide and support your team working within our Centre philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework and The UN Rights of the Child Act.
• Communicate respectfully with children, families and educators.
• Maintain up to date documentation and educational program.
• Respond to the emotional, physical and cognitive needs of the children.
• Create a safe, stimulating and appropriate learning and care environment that extends and supports development.
• Assume the role of responsible person as required.
• Be a terrific team player within your own team and the whole facility.
• Be a positive role model for children and staff.
