Job summary

Early Childhood Group is seeking a dedicated educator to join our multi-centre team across Little Greta and other services. The role focuses on delivering play-based, high-quality learning experiences for children, aligned with EYLF and NQF.

You will hold an ECEC Diploma or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent, with about 2 years’ delivery experience, and a collaborative, child‑focused approach. WWCC and compliance checks are required, with flexible roster options available.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care Diploma or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent.
• Have approximately 2 years’ experience working in early childhood education.
• Be passionate about providing high‑quality care and meaningful learning experiences for children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality early learning programs across Little Greta and other group services as needed.
• Support children’s wellbeing, development and school readiness within EYLF/NQF guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources and best practices across centres.
