Job summary

Early Childhood Group is seeking a dedicated educator to join our multi-centre team across Little Greta and other services. The role focuses on delivering play-based, high-quality learning experiences for children, aligned with EYLF and NQF.

You will hold an ECEC Diploma or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent, with about 2 years’ delivery experience, and a collaborative, child‑focused approach. WWCC and compliance checks are required, with flexible roster options available.

About You

You will:

About the Role

As part of Early Childhood Group, you will contribute to delivering high-quality early learning programs at Little Greta, and sometimes when required at Little Treasures Singleton and Bright Beginnings Maitland.

You will work alongside a passionate team of educators within a supportive multi-service network, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices across our centres. You will play an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing, development, and school readiness while creating engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

Screening & Compliance Requirements

All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety. Employment is conditional upon successful completion of all required screening and compliance checks, including:

• Verification of a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to employment

• National Criminal History Check

• Completion (or willingness to complete) mandatory child protection training

• National Workforce Register check

• Two mandatory verbal reference checks (including one from the most recent employer and one direct supervisor)

This role involves working with children. All successful applicants must pass relevant child protection screening.
