Job summary

Only About Children is hiring Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators for our Sydney campuses, with at least two years of full-time experience in an Early Childhood setting.

The role offers an annual salary of $68,865 to $80,000 plus Super, with progression based on qualifications and experience. You will work with Room Leaders and campus teams to support children’s development, routines and relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation or ACECQA approved qualification.
• Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Creative, supportive and cooperative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, high-quality education and care through active supervision and responsive interactions.
• Implement play-based learning experiences aligned to OAC Grow, EYLF and the NQF.
• Build warm, respectful partnerships with children, families and educators.
• Support daily routines, small group learning, transitions, mealtimes and room responsibilities.
• Document children's learning through OAC Connect and contribute to planning and QIP requirements.
• Create thoughtful learning environments that reflect children's interests, strengths and development.
• Maintain a strong everyday commitment to child safety, wellbeing, compliance and inclusive practice.
