Only About Children in Sydney's Surry Hills campuses is hiring full-time Diploma Educators. The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and at least two years of full-time experience in an ECE setting.

You will support high-quality education and inclusive practice across multiple rooms and collaborate with campus teams. The salary ranges from $68,865 to $80,000 plus super, with perks and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
• Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
• Current Working with Children Check and eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, high-quality education and care through active supervision and responsive interactions.
• Implement play-based learning experiences aligned to OAC Grow, EYLF and the NQF.
• Build warm, respectful partnerships with children, families and educators.
• Support daily routines, small group learning, transitions, mealtimes and room responsibilities.
• Document children's learning through OAC Connect and contribute to planning and QIP requirements.
• Create thoughtful learning environments reflecting children's interests and development.
