Job summary

Cornubia Park Early Learning is expanding its team in Loganholme, QLD, seeking Lead and Support Educators passionate about early childhood education. The centre embraces a Reggio Emilia-inspired, nature play environment and fosters connection, collaboration and belonging for children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required.
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in early childhood education.
• Current First Aid certification (valid).
• QLD Working with Children Blue Card/WWCC.
• GECKKO Child Safety Training completed.
• National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Foster warmth and positive relationships with children and families.
• Provide education in a nature play centre using the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Collaborate with team to deliver rich outdoor and indoor learning experiences.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a supportive team culture.
