Sesame Lane North Lakes is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join a fun, energetic team focused on slow pedagogy, Reggio Emilia-inspired approaches and nature play. You’ll be supported by an Educational Leader and management while you grow your career in a high‑quality, caring environment.

You’ll contribute to joyful learning, build strong relationships with children and families, and help create engaging programming in a culture that values creativity and individuality.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of EYLF, NQS and QKLG frameworks.
• Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) holders preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Sesame Lane are a family owned and operated group of Early Learning Services that have been proudly supporting the Moreton Bay Community for over 31 years. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join one of our Northlakes services as an integral part of the team.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about early education and would like join a fun and energetic team who are passionate about honouring children, their environment, nature play and JOY! Paid training and certifications available and you will be supported by our Educational Leader and Management team.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

• A Growth Mindset,

• Suitable qualifications for the role, or a willingness to obtain them,
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,

• A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.
• An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg Storypark).
• Passion for implementing sustainable practices.
