Job summary

Honour Early Learning in Logan Reserve seeks an experienced Diploma or Certificate III Educator to join our team. You will build relationships with families and children, maintain safety and quality, and support ongoing improvements across rooms and activities.

With a minimum of 3 years in Early Childhood Education, you will contribute to a nurturing environment and engage with centre management to deliver meaningful experiences for our children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education.
• A completed Diploma or completed Certificate III.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with families and children.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assist with open and close procedures as required.
• Assist with continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
• Engage with Centre Management on activities and initiatives.

About you

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education.

Qualification:

Drawing on your training and experience you are a willing participant and a true team focused individual who will help the centre achieve its goals.
