Honour Early Learning in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Cert III Educator to join our brand-new Childcare Centre in Munruben. You will help deliver nurturing, age-appropriate programs across multiple age groups within Brisbane's newest premier service.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, current First Aid/CPR, and Blue Card, with a passion for early childhood education and developing young minds in a supportive team.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Completed Certificate IIIEducatorsto join our brand-new Childcare Centre in Munruben. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver programs across various age groups at Brisbane's newest and highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
• Assist with open and close procedures as required.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
• Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
