Eureka 89 is the stunning events and dining space on the top floor of Eureka Tower in Melbourne. We host a wide variety of events – corporate lunches, dinners or cocktail parties, media launches, private milestone celebrations and weddings. We also operate a chef’s tasting dining room, open to the public throughout the week.

Join our dynamic team at Eureka 89 as a Dining & Events Coordinator. In this fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment you will manage dining and event reservations via phone and email, ensure accurate booking administration, and maintain regular communication with our operational units. The role also involves managing repeat events and private dining clients, assisting with general office tasks, daytime event hosting, promoting teamwork and taking on extra responsibilities when needed. This is a full‑time position, commencing January 2026 or earlier depending on the successful candidate’s availability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A standard working day is expected to be 10:00am – 6:00pm any of the seven days of the week. Work on weekends and gazetted public holidays may be required. Flexibility to work between 6:00am – 11:00pm is needed to meet business necessities.
