OTR is seeking a Diner Cook to set up and cook our diner range across breakfast, lunch and snacks, ensuring timely service. You will also clean and maintain the diner when not in use and assist customers as needed.

Ideal candidates have kitchenhand/food handling experience, take pride in cleanliness and safety, and are comfortable working solo or in a team. Be prepared for standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Able to work across a flexible roster and shifts.
• Previous kitchenhand or food handling experience preferred.
• Pride in maintaining a clean environment that meets food safety requirements.
• Comfortable working alone as well as in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.

Responsabilités

• Setting up and cooking diner range for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
• Cleaning and maintaining the diner when not in use.
• Providing friendly customer service as needed.
