Halcyon Knights is seeking a hands-on Digital Platform Specialist to support Sitecore-powered public website changes, enhancements and technical issues. You’ll work across page and component configuration, platform support and the evolution of the website, delving into the technical side beyond content publishing.
You’ll also support SharePoint Online for intranet and employee digital experience, building modern sites and pages, managing hubs, permissions, and web parts, with scope to influence
An established global professional services organisation is continuing to invest in the technology and digital experiences that support its people across Australia and internationally.
Operating across a large, highly collaborative global environment, the organisation has a strong focus on innovation, technology and improving the way its people work. There is significant investment underway across digital platforms, employee experience and the broader use of technology to create more connected, intuitive and effective ways of working.
Culture is a big part of the environment. The organisation offers genuinely flexible working, places a strong emphasis on learning and development, and encourages people to bring forward ideas rather than simply maintain the status quo.
This is a varied, hands-on digital platform role sitting across web development, CMS, digital workplace and technology.
A key focus will be the organisation's Sitecore-powered public website, where you'll support ongoing platform changes, enhancements and technical issues. You'll work across page and component configuration, platform support and troubleshooting, alongside the broader development and evolution of the website.
This isn't simply a content publishing role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the technical side of Sitecore and web platforms - investigating issues, troubleshooting problems and understanding what's happening behind the user interface.
You'll also work across SharePoint Online, supporting the organisation's global intranet and employee digital experience. This may include building and improving modern sites and pages and working with hubs, permissions, content types, lists, libraries and modern web parts.
You'll have the opportunity to influence how these platforms evolve rather than simply keeping the lights on.
You don't need to tick every box.
We're particularly interested in people who sit somewhere between Sitecore/CMS, web development and digital platforms - someone who understands good digital experiences, but importantly has the technical depth to build, troubleshoot and support the technology behind them.
This isn't a purely UX, design or content-focused position. You'll be at your best here if you enjoy getting hands-on with technology, investigating problems and understanding what's happening behind the interface.
