Job summary

IE Digital is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Application Support team. You will keep client Azure-hosted apps running, support Sitecore CMS platforms and .NET Core APIs, and build NewRelic dashboards to proactively monitor performance.

You will respond to incidents (including after hours for P1s), unblock releases, and help shape a better development experience as we transition from the previous provider.

Qualifications

Hands-on DevOps experience in application support environments.
Experience with Azure hosted apps and Sitecore CMS a plus.
Knowledge of NewRelic monitoring and incident response.

Responsibilities

Keep client applications hosted on Azure reliably running.
Support Sitecore CMS platforms and .NET Core APIs.
Build NewRelic dashboards to monitor performance.
Respond to incidents, including after hours for P1s.
Unblock releases and reduce friction for delivery teams.
Balance daily ops with longer-term platform improvements.
Help shape a better development experience when transitioning from the prior provider.
