Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-stream transformation projects.
• Ability to establish governance and reporting structures.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level.
• Experience in not-for-profit or community sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects across multiple streams
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and sign-off pathways
• Provide clear reporting to executives to support enterprise decisions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and drive resolution
• Sequence initiatives to align local projects with enterprise priorities
• Support organisational readiness for change and embed new ways of working
• Collaborate with business units, executives, and BAU teams to align outcomes
