Job summary

ReturnToWorkSA in Adelaide seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, upgrades and BAU technology projects within the Digital & Information Group. You will drive delivery, balance scope, budget and quality, and lead project teams through the full lifecycle.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors, apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods, manage risks and ensure governance and SDLC adherence, with a focus on change

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-related projects across business, technology and data streams.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and implementation partners.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid methodologies and full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and digital projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders and lead project teams through lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance and SDLC standards.
• Drive organisational change and adoption.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to achieve outcomes.
• Apply PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, to high quality.
