Job summary

SC Johnson Professional® ANZ is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Associate Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead a major digital transformation across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will drive the implementation of a new APAC website and connected digital ecosystem, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to deliver key milestones.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale website implementations and digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience managing systems integration across complex environments.
• Proven capability delivering digital technologies such as websites, marketing technology platforms, customer experience platforms, or related digital ecosystems.
• Experience managing and directing third-party agencies, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, martech stacks, and interdependencies between digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Act as the internal subject matter expert throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing direction and challenge where required.
• Collaborate with business, IT, marketing, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure digital solutions align with established business requirements, strategy, and technical architecture.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Associate Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a critical part in delivering a major digital transformation program across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
