Job summary

BMP Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Change Manager to lead planning and delivery of change activities for digital transformation initiatives.

You will develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, and oversee learning and capability uplift, while coordinating with BAU and projects.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in change management, strong communication, and the ability to coach managers through organizational change.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Advanced computer literacy including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proven experience delivering change strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across diverse groups.
• Prepare communications, engagement materials and change-related documentation.
• Assess organisational readiness and identify barriers to adoption.
• Develop and oversee learning, training and capability uplift plans.
• Support managers and stakeholders through periods of organisational and technology change.
• Identify change-related risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate change activities with BAU commitments and projects.
• Support adoption of new technology, processes and practices.
• Monitor feedback, system usage and performance to identify adoption challenges.
