Job summary

LTM in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Digital Solutions Architect focusing on Front End Development to lead solution and front-end architecture for enterprise digital experiences. You will define reusable UI components, patterns and architecture across operational journeys.

You will translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions, collaborate with Integration, Core Platform and Data teams on API-driven, near real-time experiences, and provide technical leadership

Qualifications

• 10-15 years enterprise IT experience with solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Hands-on with Node.js, Angular or React, HTML5/CSS3.
• Experience with reusable components and modular / micro-frontend patterns.
• Strong REST API and microservices integration experience.
• Knowledge of performance, accessibility and secure UI design.
• Experience with workflow-based / digital experience COTS platforms.
• Agile / SAFe / POD-based delivery experience.

• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with workflow-based / digital experience COTS platforms.
• Basic BPM / workflow knowledge.
• RabbitMQ / AMQP messaging experience.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and stateless APIs.
• Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes.
• CI/CD, automated testing and enterprise release management.
• Experience with role-based access and operational dashboards.
• Insurance, assistance or service operations experience.
• Agile / SAFe / POD-based delivery experience.
