Job summary

FinXL is seeking an experienced Solution Architect in Melbourne to bridge business vision and production-grade implementation. You will lead discovery, design and governance of a next-generation AI/agentic platform for automating complex healthcare insurance processes.

The role requires deep AI/GenAI expertise, hands-on GCP/Vertex AI capabilities, and strong stakeholder advisory skills. You will shape technical strategy, drive architecture decisions and support Agile delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Deep knowledge of AI/GenAI and agentic orchestration (LLM, RAG, HITL).
• Hands-on knowledge of GCP platforms such as Vertex AI, BigQuery and Firebase.
• Experience with AI orchestration and evaluation frameworks like ADK.
• Strong background in microservices, event-driven architecture and system integration.
• Understanding of healthcare/insurance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of DPDP Act and HIPAA-aligned security/privacy frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.
• Experience working in Agile, MVP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solution architectures and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to act as the strategic and technical bridge between business vision and production-grade implementation. The role will lead the discovery, design and governance of a next-generation AI/agentic platform focused on automating complex healthcare insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to understand business problems, objectives and value opportunities.
• Translate business vision into technical strategies, roadmaps and scalable solution architectures.
• Design AI/agentic solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, HITL and multi-agent architectures.
• Develop pragmatic architectures across GCP, Gemini Enterprise/Vertex AI, BigQuery and Firebase.
• Design microservices, event-driven architectures and complex system integrations.
• Establish security, privacy and data governance frameworks, including PII and AI data handling.
• Define NFRs covering scalability, latency, availability and performance.
• Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and Business Capability Maps.
• Provide technical leadership across product, engineering, UX and delivery teams.
• Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, MVP planning and incremental value delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior/C-suite stakeholders and drive adoption of AI solutions.
