Job summary

As part of the Digital team, the Digital Producer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating content across HIA’s website. You will create exceptional online experiences for members, customers, and visitors, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with digital best practice.

You will work with internal stakeholders to support website campaigns, initiatives, and optimisation activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Digital Producer in an agile environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong English language skills.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Experience with content management systems to publish content.
• Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Sitecore experience (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, reader friendly web pages that enrich the user experience.
• Maintain accurate, up to date website content.
• Translate complex or ambiguous briefs into clear digital outputs.
• Act as a Sitecore specialist, contributing to digital guidelines and web standards.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support website campaigns, initiatives, and optimisation activities.
