Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Digital Producer (0.8 FTE) to support a major digital transformation for a member-focused organisation in Victoria. You will manage CMS content, help improve the website and CRM, and ensure the member remains at the centre of the strategy.

You’ll work with an external consultant and internal team to shape digital experiences, coordinate projects, and drive digital journeys across CMS, CRM, UX and broader initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a CMS and digital channels.
• Understanding of UX and digital customer journeys.
• Experience contributing to website projects or digital transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project coordination across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content through the CMS.
• Upload, edit and optimise digital content for a consistent online experience.
• Contribute to website UX and digital experience improvements.
• Participate in the digital transformation strategy and working group.
• Represent the member experience across transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital journeys and interactions.
• Contribute to review/upgrade of website and CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants and tech partners.
• Support digital projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project timelines, requirements and stakeholder communications.
