Job summary

KWP+Partners, a creative and digital agency in Adelaide, is seeking a Digital Optimisation Manager to help clients improve their digital experiences and performance. You will work with a small Adelaide-based team to identify opportunities, run experiments, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery.

You’ll be analytical yet pragmatic, comfortable presenting insights to clients, and will support leadership and delivery when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or performance marketing.
• Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort juggling optimisation, project, client, and 2IC responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from kickoff through to delivery.
• Identify and prioritise digital optimisation opportunities.
• Build and manage optimisation and testing roadmaps.
• Coordinate and analyse experiments and results.
• Act as a senior support and escalation point across digital accounts.
• Improve conversion, engagement, and efficiency across digital touchpoints.
• Present optimisation results and recommendations directly to clients.
