Job summary

Specsavers is hiring a Digital Operations Coordinator to join the Trading function. You will report to the Senior Digital Experience Manager and help maintain and optimise our online platforms for millions of customers.

You’ll support digital campaigns, campaign tracking, and chatbot journeys, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless online experiences while growing your digital career in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is essential.
• Experience with digital optimisation tools and techniques (A/B testing, chatbot optimisation, conversion optimisation) is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
• Commercial awareness within retail or customer-focused environments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Trading function. Reporting to the Senior Digital Experience Manager you’ll play a key role in keeping our websites and digital platforms running at their best. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll help deliver seamless online experiences for millions of customers by supporting digital campaigns, optimising website performance, enhancing chatbot journeys, and resolving platform issues, whilst collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless online experience.

What we’re looking for:

1-2 years’ experience with content management systems and e-commerce platforms is essential (Contentful, Drupal, Commercetools, and Algolia highly regarded).

Experience with digital optimisation tools and techniques, including A/B testing, chatbot optimisation and conversion optimisation, is desirable.
