Job summary

Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences for diverse learners. You will work with educators and stakeholders to create resources that enhance education and support professional development in digital learning practices.

The role is full-time and fixed-term until June 2028 at the Hawthorn campus, reporting to the Education Innovation Studio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a range of elearning environments, products, and understand their suitability for different learning outcomes and audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in Articulate (Rise) 360, Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools
• Demonstrated experience with implementing quality teaching and learning processes to enhance the student experience
• Demonstrated experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, accessible digital learning experiences for diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality digital resources.
• Support the design and delivery of professional development for educators, promoting best practice in digital learning design.
